About St Michael Church, PenampangSt Michael Church is a heritage church in Penampang district south of Kota Kinabalu. Although the foundation stone of the church was laid on 29 September, 1936, due to the onset of World War II, the church was only completed in 1947.Getting thereFrom Kota Kinabalu, take Bus No. 13 from the bus station at City Hall to Donggongon. From Donggongon, you need to change to another bus that heads towards Kampung Babah. Ask to be dropped off at St Michael Church.
